“TRANSCON SOLUTION” – We are a young group of people who are very passionate and enthusiastic towards Ethical Business and New Technologies. Being Value Added Distributors, we are soulfully committed to the brands that we sell and believe that we can only grow when we fully leverage ourselves for the respective OEM’s that we carry in our portfolio. We strive hard to bring cost effective and technically sound products & solutions to our customers through our valued partners so as to unite technology to business in order to ultimately help customers achieve their tactical business goals and objectives more accurately. As an organization, we strictly follow the policy of not being “THE JACK OF ALL TRADES” and thus we have selected specific products and have developed our expertise upon them. The knowledge that our team holds on our product line is the major & key differentiating factor and this is what separates us from our competitors in the market. Today, “TRANSCON SOLUTION”, with every passing day, is becoming a premier name in the arena of Audio-Visual Products Distribution with its “Solution Centric” approach. We use the phrase “IS BECOMING” in the above description as we truly believe that there is still a scope for improvement, and we will always go on trying till we reach perfection. We want to better ourselves in every aspect of business. With Sales offices in Kolkata and Mumbai, Network points & Business points distributed across the entire nation, TRANSCON possesses adequate infrastructure to carry out it’s operations smoothly and as always turning out to be a winner on every commitment made to its customers & partners.

MISSION AND VISION

 

Our Vision is to become a “Familiar Name” when it comes to VALUE ADDED DISTRIBUTION in India.

We as an organization are focused to deliver state of the art products and technologies to our customers through our partners. We are a partner centric organization and would prefer to grow with our partners with end customer satisfaction as our major objective. Also, as the Audio Visual Industry is expanding very fast, we would like to find and welcome new faces to join this industry. 

We will continue to invest more on knowledge enhancement of our own products as well as surrounding technologies so that we can help our fellow System Integrators to provide technically sound and superb solution to their respective End Customers. As for our brands, we will ADD VALUE by putting in our own manpower, resources, demo devices as and when required. We keep ourselves away from the routine distribution model of “STOCK AND SELL” because we are committed to our OEMs and always work closely with them to develop the market. From making RFP’s to installations, we always support our Customers & Partners in every sector. 

OUR WORKING METHODOLOGY

 

We are a Partner Centric Organization and work closely with our partners.

Our Commitment to our Partners :-

  • • Providing AV Basics training to our IT & Telecom Partners.
  • • Giving application oriented training to them and working with them on an “Opportunity” & “Expertise” basis.
  • • Providing Product Training to them at our Product Experience Centre.
  • • Meet Customers jointly along with them to understand their requirements and draft a Solution.
  • • Prepare the necessary Program Reports & the Solution Documents.
  • • Get respective Cases Locked with Respective OEMs and assure complete Protection for the project from OEMs as we are exclusive with most of the   OEM’s and for few others, we are exclusive importers. Thus, we often secure cases for our partners from a 360 degree perspective.
  • • Design Solution Documents, RFP & Put up Tender Specifications for the Project.
  • • Consultation with the Customers on various stages of the Project starting from Project Drafting to Project Hand Over.
  • • Making Presentations to Customers.
  • • Explaining Proof of Concepts / Conducting Demo Sessions.
  • • Installation Team’s Availability and Involvement during different stages of Installation.

CSR ACTIVITY

Our Responsibility towards Society – CSR Activities

Team Transcon has always embraced the opportunity of giving back to the society. On Numerous occasions, we have gleefully extended or hands to all those who were in dire need of it. Our team has been to different cancer research and medical centers where they have distributed different accessories to the kids putting a smile on all their faces. We also sponsor the education of a few children whose parents are not fortunate enough to afford it.
