Trainings are essentially considered to be a process in which skills are learnt and developed so that a particular process or activity can be executed in the best possible manner.
But usually, distributors are not the ones engaged in various training sessions.
Transcon Solution, being a “Partner Centric” Organization, puts in a lot of effort in order to cater to the needs and requirements of the Partners. Most of the times, it has been observed that the Partners are not completely aware of the technologies that they are handling or dealing with. Consequently, it often happens that they end up placing incorrect products at given situations.
We as “Value Added Distributors”, consider it to be our responsibility to address these issues from the grass root level. We believe that in order to provide customers with solutions or at all deal with any product, one needs to have the basics clear and thus, a clear cut understanding about the industry is of utmost importance. This is the reason for which whenever we are approached for any demo or training sessions, by default, we start with the “AV Basics Training”.
It is only after we are done with the basics that we get to the product training or demo sessions or the Proof of Concept part so as to cater to every requirement of the Partners.
Other than this, we also provide support to our partners in a number of other ways which includes the following :-
- Designing Solutions and preparation of BOQ as per the demand of the Partners.
- Providing different Product Training Sessions in our Product Experience Centre as per the requirement of the Partners.
- Meeting customers jointly with the Partners to understand their requirements.
- Getting respective cases locked with OEM’s to assure complete protection of Projects.
- Making Presentations to Customers.
Along with all the above mentioned points, exclusive marketing support is also provided to all the channel partners who are working with us. Starting from designing posters to flyers to brochures, we help our partners by catering to all their requirements in terms of marketing. We also prepare exclusive presentations as per the demand of projects on a case to case basis so that the partner does not face any difficulty in closing the Projects.
